What services do you offer?
We offer a variety of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and more. We also provide both on-site and off-site options to fit your specific needs.
What are the benefits of outsourcing HR functions?
Outsourcing HR functions to a third-party provider like us can provide several benefits, including cost savings, increased efficiency, reduced compliance risk, and access to specialized expertise. It can also free up time and resources that you can use to focus on other areas of your business.
How are employee payments handled?
Simple, really. You pay us, a US-based entity, and we handle the payment of your Armenia-based employees through our subsidiary entity in Armenia.
What are the startup costs for the service?
We require a deposit equal to 3 months salary and benefits of all the employees plus our management fees. From this deposit we pay the employees and take care of incidental expenses, which are all logged for you in the dashboard. At the end of the month you will see your balance for replenishment, which you can pay via ACH transfer or credit card (3% fee applies for credit card).
Do you help with interviews?
In general we are not involved in interviews for employees on the Remote plan. For our on-site packages, we require an in-person interview with our staff in Yerevan to ensure they are a cultural fit as they will be sharing the space with many others. We do this to ensure the safety of all our clients and their employees and feel this promotes a more positive working environment. If we find that the employee will not be a good fit, we will notify you that we cannot accept them for an on-site role and we can only manage them as a Remote employee.
